Leading western country makes offer to Pakistani delegation over the Intra Afghanistan peace dialogues

ISLAMABAD – Leading western country makes offer to Pakistani delegationover the Intra Afghanistan peace dialogues.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qreshi said the Norwegian delegationoffered to host intra-Afghan dialogue in a meeting with the Pakistanidelegation.

“The ultimate decision will be in the hands of Afghanistan government and aforeign actor cannot make that decision for them,” he added.

Answering a query regarding Ashraf Ghani’s call against releasing Talibanprisoners, Qureshi said, without naming the Afghan president, that the manhad not been in favour of the peace deal from the beginning.

Responding to a question regarding India’s controversial policies, Qureshisaid the Narendra Modi-led government may have succeeded in hiding thesituation in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by imposing a communicationand information lockdown but they could not hide the New Delhi riots.

The United Nations General Secretary Antonio Guterres also embracedPakistan’s stance that Kashmir is a bilateral issue.
