Zarb-e-Azb has eradicated terrorism from Pakistan: Defense Minister

SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Water and Power Khawaja Asif lauded the role of Pak Army in fight against menace of terrorism adding that peace has been restored in tribal areas and Karachi with the efforts and sacrifices of Pak Army.
As per details, he was addressing a ceremony in Sialkot District Bar here at Saturday. He paid rich tribute to the sacrifices of Pak Army saying that operation Zarb-e-Azb has eradicated terrorism from Pakistan.
He recalled the Musharraf dictatorship adding that we were fighting against military dictatorship but now with the same military we are combating against terrorism within constitutional limits to secure our future.
While praising the PM Nawaz leadership he said that Pakistan is making progress under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif and he have put the country on the path of success.
Khawaja Asif further added that PM Nawaz will visit Sialkot next month for laying foundation stone of Lahore-Sialkot Motorway project. Talking about the CPEC project he said that it will prove to be a game changer and Pakistan will emerge as economic force with the completion of the project.
