Youm-ul-Quds to be observed with religious fervour

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Youm-ul-Quds will be observed on Friday with religious zeal and fervour across the country to express solidarity with people of Palestine and to oppose Israel's control of Jerusalem.
On the occasion large congregations, protest rallies, demonstrations will be held in all small and big cities of the country including federal capital.
Islamabad police have devised a security plan for Youm-ul-Quds and decided to deploy 2000 policemen including police commandos at Massjid and Imambargahs to avert any untoward incident.
SSP Islamabad Muhammad Sajid Kiani has directed all police officials to take elaborate security arrangements and ensure strict security measures outside all masajid, imambargahs exit and entry points of the city.
