Virat Kohli reveals why India lost from Pakistan

Indian skipper Virat Kohli has expressed that pressure built by Pakistani bowlers was too much to cope up with for their side as they lost to Pakistan in a crushing defeat of 180 runs in the final of ICC Champions Trophy 2017.

After piling up a mammoth total of 338 runs while batting first in the final, the considerable scoreboard pressure became impossible for the strong batting line to cope with when Mohammad Amir struck thrice to add to their miseries.

"They [Pakistan] made us make those mistakes with the way they were bowling, creating that pressure," Kohli said while talking to reporters.

While throwing light over India’s overall performance during the mega event, the Indian skipper was of the opinion that we can still be very proud and we leave here with our heads held high.

"In the end ... you have to accept and admire sometimes the skill of the opposition," he added.
