Terrorism will not end in Pakistan till India keep on sending terrorist like Kulbhushan Yadav in Pakistan: Hafiz Saeed

NEW DELHI: There cannot be peace in Pakistan if 'terrorists like Kulbhushan Jadav' continue to enter the country, the JuD Chief Hafiz Saeed said on Friday.

He lashed out at India after his release from house arrest and that showed how much he despised New Delhi for exerting pressure that led to his almost a year-long detention.

"Peace cannot be established in Pakistan if terrorists such as Kulbhushan Jadhav continue to enter the country," Saeed said.

Indian national Kulbhushan Jadav has been jailed in Pakistan on charges of espionage and terrorism.

Addressing a sermon at Lahore's Jamia Masjid Al Qadsia a day after his release on Friday, Saeed said he is "fighting for the freedom of Pakistan and Kashmir".

He claimed that he was placed under house arrest for fighting for the rights of Kashmiris and this has been done at the behest of “external pressure”.

"If the leaders of the Pakistan start making their own decisions, they will no longer face external pressure," he further said.
