Tayyaba torture case: IHC conducts in-camera hearing

ISLAMABAD: (APP) The Islamabad High Court conducted first hearing of the inquiry in connection with alleged torture of a ten years old maid Tayyaba by an additional district and sessions judge's (ADSJ) family.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani conducted in-camera hearing of the inquiry in his chamber in which relevant material sought from trial court was examined.
It is pertinent to mention here that on January 13, 2017 the IHC had decided to conduct an inquiry against Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Raja Khurram Ali Khan, who along with his family was allegedly involved in torturing the 10-year-old maid.
