Tayyaba torture case: Additional Session Judge in serious trouble

ISLAMABAD: Additional sessions judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan will undergo another inquiry in relation to his employment of child maid Tayyaba, sources announced on Friday.
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice and other judges barred Raja Khurram Ali Khan from carrying out judicial work, according to a notification issued on Thursday, after Tayyaba was recovered from his residence earlier this month.
According to the notification, Khurram was instructed to serve as an Officer on Special Duty immediately.
The Supreme Court earlier this week decided that until her parents are identified the 10-year-old tortured Tayyaba will stay at Pakistan Sweet Homes, a shelter for children.
