Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) Tariq Fazal Chaudhry has stressed for need of formulating a framework to help the special people, particularly visually impaired persons.
He was addressing a ceremony in connection with 'International White Cane Safety Day' in Islamabad on Tuesday.
The Minister said special people not just deserve attention of their fellow citizens but also a positive behavior.
He said CADD has opened a new centre for visually impaired children at H-9 sector of the federal capital.
He urged the political leaders to put aside political difference and take steps towards betterment and strengthening of the system.
