Supreme Court suspends death sentence of two terrorists awarded by Military Courts

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan today heard the appeal case against the conviction awarded by the Military Courts.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday suspended the death sentence of two prisoners convicted by the military courts

An appeal submitted by the convicts was examined during the hearing held today with Justice Aijaz Fazl heading the three-member bench. 

The court issued a notice to the concerned parties and adjourned the hearing for an indefinite period. 

The convicts, Fazl Rabbi and Saeed Raheem, were convicted of terror activities in Swat.
