Sindh High Court gives a big blow to Dr Asim Hussain

KARACHI – The Sindh High Court (SHC) has on Monday rejected the petition of former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain seeking to remove hi name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
Former federal minister and PPP leader had submitted the application in the court seeking to abroad for his medical treatment.
The court dismissed his petition and remarked that the treatment of the disease the PPP leader is suffering from was available in Pakistan.
The court cannot exclude his name from the list as he is suspect in mega corruption case.
