SC three member bench writes to CJP over Nawaz Sharif's lawyer request

ISLAMABAD: Three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal has adjourned till Wednesday hearing of the review petitions filed against apex court's verdict in Panama Papers case.
In today's proceedings, the head of the bench said recommendation for formation of a five member bench for hearing of the case has been sent to the Chief Justice.
The petitions have been filed by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family.
The petitioners had also sought formation of a five member bench for hearing of the case.
Counsel of Nawaz Sharif-Khawaja Harif and Counsel of Hassan, Hussain and Maryam Nawaz-Salman Akram Raja presented their arguments on Tuesday.
