Sada Salamat Pakistan train to start from December 22

ISLAMABAD (APP):Sada-Salamat Pakistan Train in collaboration with PTDC, Pakistan Railways and Human Rights Division will start its journey from December 22 (Thursday).

According to press release, the train is being run for creating awareness on harmony between people of different faiths in Pakistan as well as to mark the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
The train to be inaugurated by Khawaja Saad Rafique, Minister for Railways.The train starting its journey from Rawalpindi will reach Karachi on December 31 2016.
The train comprises bogie of Tourism decorated by Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation as well as bogies of Human Rights Division in addition to cultural floats of Punjab, Sindh, KP, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK.

Abdul Ghafoor Khan, Managing Director Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation said that Tourism Bogie has been beautifully decorated with exceptional colorful display of photographs on body of the bogie depicting tourist destinations, natural, cultural, religious and historical heritage of Pakistan.
Also the tourism bogie has been designed to deliberate the message of peace and harmony between people of Pakistan. Life size photographs of Father of Nation Muhammad Ali Jinnah have been assembled to commemorate his birthday.
Inside the bogie, tourism documentaries on large LED Screen, photographs of Pakistan's culture and tourist destinations have been displayed.

In future, PTDC will continue its efforts to create tourism awareness amongst people of Pakistan in collaboration with railways, airlines and different organizations.
