Royal Air Force Chief praises PAF role against terrorism

Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman has emphasized the need for joint military exercises and sharing of experiences between Pakistan and the British Royal Air Force.

He was talking to Chief of the Royal Air Force Sir Stephan Heller at Defence Ministry in London.

The Air Chief highlighted the key role of Pakistan Air Force in successful operations against terrorism.

Royal Air Chief appreciated the professional capability of the Pakistan Air Force and its role in eliminating menace of terrorism from the country. Sohail Aman also visited the historic 'Number 9' squadron of the Royal Force.

He was apprised of the operational activities and the great history of the squadron.

The Air Chief also visited the royal college of defence studies and delivered a lecture on 'South Asia Security Dynamics: Pivot to World Peace'.

The Air Chief highlighted successes of Pakistan in war against terrorism and stressed on consultations for political stability and peace in Afghanistan.

Sohail Aman while highlighting importance of the CPEC said the great project will commence a new era of development and economic stability not only for Pakistan but for the entire region.
