Protests in Occupied Kashmir against US designating Kashmiris hero Syed Salahuddin as global terrorist

In occupied Kashmir, joint resistance leadership has called for peaceful demonstrations after Friday prayers today to register protest against the US action of branding the Chairman of Hizbul Mujahideen, Syed Salahuddin, as a terrorist.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik in a joint statement issued in Srinagar said this unjustified move by the US government to appease India is not acceptable to the people of Kashmir.
They said demonstrations will also be held against the illegal and arbitrary arrests and detention of resistance leaders and activists across the valley.
