President World Bank agrees to improve KPK infrastructure in meeting with Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: KPK government delegation led by PTI Chairman Imran Khan called on President World Bank Jim Yong here in Islamabad. Matters related to mutual interest were discussed in the meeting.

 

As per details, Jim Yong agreed to improve KPK infrastructure in meeting with KPK delegation. KPK CM Pervez Khattak was also present in the meeting.

 

While talking with KPK delegation, World Bank President said that security matters of Pakistan are also important for World Bank and it is the big achievement of Pakistan as it has  come out of the situation of bankrupcy.

 

Jim Yong further added that World Bank will continue its financial support to Pakistan for economic development and eradication of poverty.

 

Jim Yong assured KPK delegation to start developmental projects in KPK with the collaboration of World Bank which include Hydropower, Chashma canal and Swat expressway.
