Police Shuhada day being observed across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Police Shuhada Day is being observed with great reverence across the country on Friday to acknowledge the sacrifices of police martyrs.
Ceremonies were conducted in accordance with the day in different cities whereas special prayers and Quran khwani for the martyrs was held in numerous mosques.
A function was held in Qila Gujjar Singh police lines in Lahore. IG Arif Nawaz and other officers visited Yadgar-e-Shuhada and laid floral wreaths.
Quran khwani was also held for the martyrs.
