PM Nawaz Sharif mulling option of taking legal action against Imran Khan over bribery allegations

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting that dismissed the PTI chief’s bribery allegation.
The meeting was attended by federal ministers, advisers and legal experts.
Sources said the participants of the meeting rejected the Imran Khan’s claim that the prime minister had offered him Rs billion to back off from the Panama case.
During the meeting, the law experts had suggested to take legal action against the PTI chief.
The sources said that the prime minister would take a final decision whether to take legal action against the PTI chief or not.
