PM Nawaz Sharif conducts high level security meeting in Lahore

LAHORE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif presided high level security meeting in Lahore to review the law and order situation in Punjab province. As per details, Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Ch. Nisar, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, IG Police Mushtaq Sukhera, Chief Secretary Khizar Gondal and other high rank officers attended the meeting. PM Nawaz was briefed by IG Punjab over the law and order situation of province. CTD officials told PM Nawaz regarding the ongoing measures against terrorism. While addressing the meeting, PM Nawaz said that we will not compromise over the elimination of terrorism. Implementation on National Action Plan NAP will be intensified. The first priority of government is to protect public’s life and property. Government is taking effective measures to eliminate load shedding, inflation and poverty.
