Pakistan to press ICJ for early hearing of Kulbhushan Yadav case

Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaz Aziz says New Delhi will not succeed in his nefarious designs to hide subversive activities of its spy Kulbhushan Yadav.

Talking to editors and senior anchors in Islamabad on Saturday, he said that Pakistan has strong position regarding merit over the case of Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav.

He said that Yadav was convicted as per law and constitution of Pakistan and our stance against the Indian spy is based on truth and reality.

The Advisor said that Kulbhushan Yadav was using fake passport in Pakistan and was involved in numerous subversive activities to destabilize Pakistan.

He said that when there will be matter of our national interest and security  then there will be no any compromise.

He said that we will try for early hearing of this case in the ICJ and will present our stance with full preparation.  

In response to a question, he said that the ICJ has not issued any order with regard to consular access.

He said visit of Jindal to Pakistan was a private visit and this visit has nothing to do with the case.

The Advisor said that Pakistan wants amicable resolution of Kashmir issue in line with United Nations resolutions.

He said that Islamabad will continue its political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiri people in their just struggle for right to self-determination.
