Pakistan takes important decisions about Kulbhushan Yadav

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has decided to go ahead with its decision of not granting consular access to arrested Indian spy Kulbushan Jadhav, Samaa reported.

Pakistan has decided to send its reply to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the case with references based on the Geneva conventions.

Sources stated that Pakistan, in its reply, has replied that Jadhav entered Pakistan on purpose for spying in the country.

“Consular access cannot be granted to Jadhav on the basis of fake documents,” he stated.

The reply will be sent to the international court till 12th October.

Pakistan is considering to avail the services of Justice (retd.) Tassaduq Jillani for the high profile case.
