Pakistan regrets Japan's endorsement of Indian viewpoint on Pakistan role in terrorism

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan says Japan endorsement of Indian viewpoint regarding Pakistan 's role in war against terror is highly regrettable.
This was stated by Foreign Office Spokesman Nafees Zakaria while responding to questions at the weekly briefing in Islamabad on Thursday.
The spokesperson said compromising principles of interstate relations for sake of economic consideration in any situation is regrettable.
He made these remarks when his attention was drawn to the mentioning of Pakistan in the context of sheltering terror groups in the India-Japan joint statement made after Japanese Prime Minister's last week visit to India.
