KARACHI: (APP) Pakistan could overcome power crises by 2018, the Asian Development Bank's annual report.
The positive changes can be witnessed in Pakistan specially in power sector as the government gave priority to address the load-shedding, the report added.
The power crises could over come earlier, depending on various factors such as oil prices, the report further added.
