Pakistan not responsible for Kashmir uprising: Former pro Indian CM Kashmir

In Occupied Kashmir, former puppet Chief Minister and Working President of pro-India National Conference (NC), Omar Abdullah has said Pakistan cannot be blamed for ongoing uprising in the Valley.
Omar Abdullah addressing a convention at Baramulla reiterated the political issue in Kashmir is neither an invention nor a creation of Pakistan but is result of historic blunders and broken promises by successive dispensations in New Delhi.
