Pakistan high level military delegation hold trilateral talks with US - Afghan Army in Kabul

KABUL - Military officials from Afghanistan, Pakistan and the US meet in Kabul today (Saturday) on enhancing coordination and cooperation in the war on terror, says a media report.

Pakistani and Afghan directors-general of military operations, besides holding bilateral talks, would also attend a trilateral meeting with the Resolute Support Mission.

On November 30, Afghan Director-General Military Operations Maj. Gen. Habib Hesari led a team to Pakistan for two-day discussions on key issues, including security cooperation.

Pakistan is expected to renew its call for effective checks on cross-border movement of the militants, who are blamed for attacks on both sides of the Durand Line.
