Pakistan - Afghanistan for joint efforts to restore peace in region: Afghan Consul General

PESHAWAR - Afghanistan Consul General in Peshawar Abdullah Waheed Poyan says Pakistan and Afghanistan should make joint efforts to overcome the common challenges for restoration of peace in the region.
He was talking to media persons after attending a seminar in Peshawar.
The Afghan Consul General said Afghanistan has utmost desire to enhance ties with all regional countries, including Pakistan .
Earlier, speaking at the seminar Waheed Poyan stressed the need for enhancing people to people contacts and exchange of delegations to give boost to cultural, business and trade relations between the two countries.
