OpEd- Senate invites COAS, CJP and PM for inter institutional dialogues

Chairman Senate Raza Rabbani has presented the idea in the Senate to invite Chief Justice, Army Chief and the PM for inter institution dialogues in Pakistan.

The idea successfully managed to obtain the consent of senators for holding an inter-institutional dialogue. The decision follows the Panama case verdict in which former prime minister was declared disqualified.

Rabbani stressed that all institutions should work within their limits, which have been described in the law.

The representatives of the parliament, judiciary and military will be invited to take part in the talks.

The prime minister, chief justice and military leaders will be given invitation in this regard.
