North Korea has delayed a decision on firing missiles towards Guam waiting for the United States next move towards the Korean Peninsula.
Earlier, in his first public appearance in about two weeks, North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un visited Command of the Strategic Force of the Korean People's Army.
According to North Korean state media, he reviewed plans to fire missiles towards the US Pacific territory of Guam.
Meanwhile, South Korean President Moon Jae-in has said any military action on the Korean peninsula can only be decided by Seoul and no one else can decide to take military action without its consent.
