No one doing politics on Green Line Metro Bus Project, says Sindh Governor

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair has on Wednesday said that the no one was not doing politics on the Green Line Metro Bus project in Karachi.

Talking to media in Karachi after reviewing progress of work on Green Line Metro Bus project in Karachi on Wednesday, he said that all out efforts are being made to turn Karachi into a model city.

He said that the Sindh government was the reason behind the delay in purchasing the busses for the Green Line project.

The Governor said that Chinese company Shanghai will soon take over the managing control of K-Electric.

He said law and order situation has improved in Karachi, and foreigners are frequently visiting the metropolitan to attend international seminars, expos and other events.

Responding to a question, Muhammad Zubair said that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, during his recent visit to Karachi, has assured that the reservations regarding Karachi Circular Railway will be addressed.
