No one born yet to pressurize judiciary, says CJP

LAHORE – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has on Saturday while lashing out at those criticizing the judiciary made it clear that the judiciary is not a part of any plan or any conspiracy.
Addressing a seminar in Lahore organized by the Pakistan Bar Council, he warned of criticizing the judiciary and said that no one has born yet to pressurize judges.
The CJP said that the judiciary has vowed for the protection of constitution and democracy. “The judiciary is your baba … do not doubt its integrity, he added.”
“Judiciary is akin to an elder, wise person whose advice everyone seeks,” the CJP said.
Mian Saqib Nisar confessed that some “incompetent judges” take long to decide a case and are responsible for the delay in cases.
