Nine Pakistani players selected for South Africa T20 Global League

Nine Pakistani players have been selected for South Africa T20 Global league which include Fakhar Zaman, Wahab Riaz, Imad Wasim, Anwar Ali, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Nawaz, Yasir Shah, Junaid Khan and Umar Akmal.

According to Cricket South Africa (CSA), 32 international stars and 96 local players will be in action in the inaugural edition of the league. Every franchise was given the choice to select two icon players, whereas, 116 cricketers became part of drafting that was held in different rounds.

It is worth mentioning here that two franchises of Pakistan Super League (PSL) have also become a part of T20 Global League. 

Peshawar Zalmi owner Javed Afridi purchased Benoni Zalmi, and Durban Qalandars is owned by Lahore Qalandars  Fawad Rana.
