NAB opens reference against Ishaq Dar on SC instructions

ISLAMABAD – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has kicked off its investigations into the case of the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
NAB has issued summons to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) officials over reference against Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
The members of Sharif family are not the only one on NAB’s list as the state institution is ready to start inquiry into the financial status of Ishaq Dar. Supreme Court had asked NAB to open reference against Nawaz Sharif, his children and others including the minister. SECP has been required to present record of seven companies of Ishaq Dar.
