MPA Majeed Achakzai case verdict announced by BHC

The Balochistan High Court two-judge bench comprising Justice Hashim Kakar and Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai issued a split verdict, differing from each other in their decisions.
Justice Hashim Kakar granted bail to accused against the surety bond of Rs200,000. However, Justice M. Noor Meskanzai rejected Achakzai’s bail plea in the fatal vehicular accident case.
Following the split decision, the plea has been sent to a referee judge, Justice Muhammad Ejaz Swati.
