ISLAMABAD – Awami Muslim League chairman Sheikh Rasheed and PTI chairman have agreed on adopting a common strategy over the appointment of the NAB chairman and reducing his powers.
During a meeting at Bani Gala on Wednesday, both leaders discussed the matter of making a disqualified man the party president.
They also demanded afresh election in the country.
Sources said that Imran Khan has directed Babar Awan to prepare the case to challenge the Electoral Reforms Bill 2017 in the Supreme Court.
On the other hand, PTI vice-chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has contacted Sirajul Haq for changing the opposition leader. A detailed meeting between both leaders will be held on Friday.
