KP Police culture better than Punjab: IG Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera

IG Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera said that due to the egalitarian culture of Baluchistan and KP, the police system is much better there than in Punjab and Sindh, where the culture is heavily influenced by the old Hindu caste system.
He was talking to Salem Safi in a show on a local TV channel. He said that society determines the general behaviour of people and that people in Punjab are exposed to rude and disrespectful behaviour right from the beginning.
He also said that the police system of Punjab and Sindh cannot be compared to the systems of Baluchistan and KP due to the vast culture differences.
He further added that country to popular beliefs, Punjab does not have any militant recruiting centre and that Punjab Police has eradicated extremism in Punjab.
