KP budget 2017-18 truly to reflect aspiration of masses: Minister

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtukhwa Minister for Finance Muzaffar Sayed Advocate on Wednesday said the fiscal budget for 2017-18 would truly reflect aspirations of masses.
Presiding over a meeting to reviews performance of different government departments and preparations for the fiscal budget, he said education and health would be top priority areas, adding the government has decided to reduce fees of higher educational institutions besides providing employment opportunities.
The Minister directed heads of all public departments to timely complete their budget and keep the interest of masses as top priority.
The meeting was attended by provincial ministers, administrative Health, Science and Information Technology, Irrigation, Social Welfare, Excise and Taxation, Law, Agriculture, Food, Elementary and Secondary Education, Public Health Engineering, Revenue, Environment and Information and Broadcast.
