Koto Hydropower Project status update

ISLAMABAD: The government has approved 14 billion rupees for the construction of Koto Hydropower Project in Lower Dir.
Official sources informed media that the project would generate 40 megawatts of electricity.
The project is part of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s programme to overcome power outages in the country.
