Kashmiri Americans stage huge rally in front of White House against Indian Army

In Washington hundreds of Kashmiri Americans from various states staged a huge rally in front of the White House. They were demanding United Nations to assure right of self-determination to Kashmiris.
Addressing the rally Syed Ali Gilani, called on the world leaders to persuade India to initiate a meaningful dialogue with the Kashmiri leadership to settle the Kashmir dispute once and for all.
He said the Indian army is unleashing a new wave of terror, killing and maiming hundreds of unarmed protesters.
In his speech Mohammad Yasin Malik, expressed displeasure that no civilized nation is concerned with the human rights atrocities being committed by India in occupied Kashmir.
On the occasion Barrister Sultan Mehmood Choudhary, urged the international community to resolve the Kashmir dispute for the sake of peace and stability in South Asia.
Besides President, Kashmiri American council, Dr. Imtiaz Khan, Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai and a number of other Kashmir leaders addressed the rally and highlighted plights of Kashmiris and condemned India for its stubborn attitude towards Kashmir issue.
