Kashmir Council Elections gear up

MUZAFFARABAD: (APP) Thirty nomination forms have been sought from AJK Election Commission by some members of AJK legislative Assembly including PM AJK Ch.Abdul Majeed for the upcoming election of four vacant Kashmir Council seats.
According to AJK Election Commission, the nomination forms can be sought up to May 2 and during submission of nomination forms Rs 2000 would also be deposited.
However, no political party has finalized its candidates for vacant Kashmir Council seats even the AJK ruling party PPP and opposition party PML-N and other parties have not nominated its candidate so far.
All political parties are waiting the possible decision over the ret petition submitted by the PML-N before the apex court which is comprised on two member bench.
