Ishaq Dar in Japan to attend 50th annual meeting of ADB

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar is in Japan to attend the 50th Annual Meeting of Board of Governors of Asian Development Bank beginning in Yokohama on Thursday (May 4).
Important issues including rising inequality, macroeconomic stability, progress on the Sustainable Development Goals, and financial inclusion will be discussed in the meeting.
The meeting will also highlight and project the role of private sector in supporting development programmes in Asia and the Pacific through seminars focused on public private partnerships and co-financing.
