India claims finding permanent solution to Kashmir issue

NEW DELHI: India has been mulling various options to streamline the Kashmir issue keeping in mind the latest upsurge in the valley against Indian Forces.
Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh claimed on Sunday that the his government will soon find a permanent solution to the Kashmir issue.
Speaking to a local TV channel, Singh said the government cannot provide a time frame for resolution of the issue, it is however working towards a permanent solution.
The minister refused to divulge his government's strategy on the issue.
Singh said his government wants to speak to all stakeholder’s vis-a-vis the Kashmir issue, but "talks will be unconditional."
Indian troops, in fresh acts of state terrorism and continued violent military operations, killed eight youth in Rampur and Uri areas of Baramulla and three others including Sabzar Ahmed at Saimoh in Tral area of Pulwama.Earlier on Saturday, Indian troops martyred eleven Kashmiri youth including a top Hizbul Mujahideen Commander, Sabzar Ahmed Butt, in Indian occupied Kashmir on Saturday, the Kashmir Media Service (KMS) reported.
The killings prompted a complete shutdown in the occupied valley on Sunday.
