ISLAMABAD  – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has on Monday submitted reply in the court regarding 100,000pounds in disqualification case.

A five member bench of the apex court resumed hearing of the disqualification case of PTI chairman Imran Khan and party leader Jahangir Tareen.

During the proceedings, Imran Khan submitted reply in the court regarding 100,000pounds.

The reply stated that the PTI chairman was elected Member National Assembly (MNA) in 2002 and was holding public office until the end of government’s tenure. Imran Khan didn’t take part in 2008 general election, the reply said.

Imran Khan requested the apex court to make new documents a part of the record in the present case.
