Imran Khan is the biggest hurdle in Pakistan’s progress: CM Shahbaz Sharif
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its Chief Imran Khan have become a big hurdle in the way of progress in the country.

Talking to media in Lahore on Saturday, he remarked that politics of dharnas [protests] has hampered Pakistan’s progress claiming that Imran Khan did not want conditions to improve for people of Punjab.

He said that they did not care about mass transit projects as they travel in their Pajeros, which, the ordinary citizen cannot afford.

“With orange train project, we hope to provide conveyance facility to the people. There are so many people who face problems while commuting, we want to help them”, he said.

Shehbaz Sharif said that PTI would be held accountable in the court of people and God adding that they would have to answer for their actions.

He also shared that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) was endeavouring for Pakistan’s progress.
