IHC gives policy line on illegal nationals

ISLAMABAD: (APP) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed authorities to send Ibraheem Kakko back to Thailand his native country on having fake Pakistani nationality, within three months.
Justice Mohsan Akhtar Kayani gave the direction while hearing an appeal moved by the Ibraheem Kakko who was awarded seven years sentence by Special Judge Central, Malik Nazir Ahmed.
After hearing the arguments placed by the litigants, the bench directed authorities to repatriate Kakko within three months and acquitted sentence awarded by the Special Judge.
It is pertinent to mention here that, Ibraheem Kakko had been spent sentence being involved in human trafficking crime in Thailand as well and subsequently through illegal means he obtained Pakistani Nationality and traveled to Pakistan.
