If Sindh province autonomy withdrawn, dark clouds will hover over skies of Federation: Chairman Senate

KARACHI: Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani warned that Federal Government will have to face the music if provincial autonomy was withdrawn.
As per details, he was addressing the ceremony at private hospital in Karachi. While addressing the ceremony, he made it clear on federal government that Federation does not have the margin for further experimentation regarding the provincial autonomy.
He further added that the departments of Health and Education remained under the control of federation unconstitutionally from 1947 to 2010. Unfortunately, the subjects of Health and Education had been ignored since the existence of Pakistan.
Federation has failed to improve the subject of Health but certain forces are forcefully trying that the subjects of Health and Education should be returned to the federation.
He stated that Health and Education have become provincial matters after the 18th amendment of constitution.
