Green Line train fares discounted significantly

ISLAMABAD - The quota system in the Green Line train is being plied between Islamabad and Karachi has been abolished on the instructions of Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique.
Now the passengers will have to pay the fare for the city of their choice.
According to the Additional General Manager traffic in Railways, full concession in the fare will be given from Friday due to abolition of quota system.
Earlier, the passengers were bound to pay full fare while traveling by the green line train between Islamabad and Karachi irrespective of their destination.
The passengers will also avail considerable discount while purchasing tickets 24 hours before the departure of the Green Line Train.
