Govt, Opposition should join hands to resolve energy, water crisis

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League Zia (PML-Z) Chief Ijaz-ul-Haq on Thursday said that Opposition should support government for resolving problems in energy, water and China Pakistan Economic Corridor.

Talking to PTV, he said that political parties should give time to the government for addressing the problems of loadshedding, shortage of water and security situation.

He said that those people involved in corruption scandals were demanding resignation from others.

He said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) had demanded the resignation during sit-ins and protest demonstration at D-Chowk.

To a question he said that Joint Investigation Team (JIT) could call anyone for investigation regarding Panama Papers issue.

He said the whole nation should show patience and wait for JIT investigation report. (APP)
