Good Friday observed peacefully ahead of Easter Sunday across Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Good Friday was observed by Christian Community peacefully across the world including Pakistan with traditional religious zest and zeal ahead of Easter on Sunday.
As per details, special prayer ceremonies were held in Churches across Pakistan. According to Christian faith, Good Friday is observed to remember the sufferings of Christ who faced in his life.
Christian Community pay tribute to the sacrifices of Jesus Christ on the occasion of Easter.
Good Friday Ceremonies were also held in Anarkali Church, Lahore and Don Bosco School where a large number of people related to Christian Community participated in these ceremonies.
Pastors gave the message of peace and brotherhood in prayer ceremonies. Strict security arrangements were made by police at the occasion. Police had been deployed inside and outside the churches.
