Fake accounts or intentional campaign, several Facebook accounts maligning Army

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif on Sunday denied that there were any contention between the armed forces and the government.
In a statement on micro-blogging site Twitter, the foreign minister blamed ‘malicious fake accounts’ for attempting to create a wedge between the armed forces and the governments for nefarious attempts.
He said that this Pakistan military is fighting an existential battle for our motherland, and such propaganda at this time is particularly heinous.
Several facebook accounts have surfaced which are maligning the Pakistan Army in the last few days.
