DG ISPR strongly denies any acquaintance between Malik Riaz and COAS

ISLAMABAD: DG ISPR Maj. Gen. Asim Bajwa has strongly denied reports of any acquaintance between Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz and Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif.
As per details, Gen. Asim Bajwa said in his tweet message that Army Chief General Raheel does not have any relation and acquaintance with Malik Riaz adding that all the rumours are baseless and fabricated in this regard.
He further added that foreign news agency Reuters has also withdrawn from its story about acquaintance of Malik Riaz and Army Chief due to same incorrect comment.
It is also worthy to mention here that before a couple of days Reuters claimed in its news story that business tycoon Malik Riaz has acquaintance and relations with Chief of Army Staff General Raheel.
