David Cameron terms London Mayor Aspirant Sadiq Khan as ISIS supporter

LONDON: British Prime Minister David Cameron termed London Mayor Aspirant Sadiq Khan as ISIS supporter.

Cameron criticized Sadiq Khan for sharing a platform with extremism again and again.

He said “If we are going to condemn not just violent extremism but also the extremism that seeks to justify violence in any way, it is very important that we do not back these people and we do not appear on platforms with them.”

Cameron’s remarks came in wake of May 5th Mayoral elections in which Sadiq Khan is favourite against Zac Goldsmith.

Sadiq Khan is a son of a bus driver who moved from Pakistan to Britian.

Sadiq Khan and other Labour MPs claimed that Cameron’s move is so disgraceful and he is using dog-whistling tactics to support Zac Goldsmith.

Khan accused Cameron of running a “nasty, dog-whistling campaign that is designed to divide London’s communities.”

Other political leaders also criticized David Cameron for his controversial remarks.
